What do you even mean? This sentence makes no sense. You're accusing Wilson of pumping the stock I guess or saying that he couldnt uplist quick enough? Not sure where he 'pumps'. Regarding not uplisting - he was likely focused on keeping the company afloat - I respect that. The sad truth of biotechs is that they have to dilute in the early years via more shares because there's not many ways to raise money until you've shown progress via trials, data, partnerships, etc. Now that they have trials set to progress, they can focus on uplisting and NASDAQ visibility. This stuff takes time.
3. New partner TPIV will payout money to obtain?
No one knows this. You're twisting an unknown and making it a negative. I do think that people need to be realistic and not expect some massive cash jackpot for the partnership, but it's not impossible that Pharma will fund TPIV in some capacity.
4. 2-3 more reverse splits to come! They will need money and this is only way they can get it.
2-3 is quite aggressive. Not sure why they would need to split their stock that much. "They will need money and this is the only way they can get it." Do you mean NASDAQ is the only way to get money? They already have a nice chunk of change from the DoD and extra cash for the next year/year and a half. I cant imagine they will have problems getting more if needed, especially with the partnership - not going to partner and not help them complete a trial.
