Not that I know of Frankie?? ....but I do know from what I could find out yesterday that Canadian appraisal from G.W.Mc. are suggesting absurd installment plan over 3+ years be eliminated at least down to 2 installments within the same year to be able to arrive @ current True Market Value ! And do not forget....Frankie... niether appraisal (oranges to oranges)are including addition 4 miming properties as per agreed upon in original memorandom !!! Those properties that SDRG was >>>NOT<<<planning hanging on to are worth millions! Nowhere near as much as flagship Dadi.....but certainly at least another 5 or 10 mil...according to SDRG internal estimates....
