Whether the figures were not in Seths favour or the predecessor audit firms is yet to be revealed..... Hence a settlement cannot be AGREED upon.
Who turned who down? More than likely Cowan through a lowball number that insulted Tauriga's CEO and legal team.
It would be interesting to see the insurance policy and what the fine print has to say !!!
