How many of these same people have never read a quarterly or annual filing? I wonder if they would still feel the same about a lawsuit after reading. The problem is there was never any.number figures ever generated from the company only posters. People get pissed about break even comments but there was nothing that ever included $$$ with it. This.isn't as clear as some make it out.
Player...what do you think happens in the face of delisting due to the market cap issue? With only the trustee running the company does it drop off or move to a lower exchange. Feb 8 is not far away, if this is the last chance to back up the truck and get cheap shares we don't want to miss it. Seriously there may be a trade there.
