still surprised they do that in this day and age of "everyone is the same gender" (being sarcastic here) but it really should be who is best, vs what sex you are.
the show was 2 hours long so im glad i taped it. the winners are...
-jessica -shelby -mackenzie (boy) that sounds like john mayor and may be my fav here and he may be the only one with no vibrato. I'm surprised they have not mentioned that. at least i havent noticed that yet, which is kind of a big deal when you sing... maybe not? love his voice though. - trent -adam -corey -james -jenna -jeneve (sp?) i didnt like her "ring of fire" at all -cj- still screams the song out but had good energy - avelia- did "NY state of mind", liked the violen touch she did. (here is my vs of this billy joel song) ;-)
-Lee- young guy did good but kept "shushing" the audience and I understand it can be distracting but i knew the judges would ding him for that. but he gets through. -avalon- did average imo -dalton- i didnt like it but love his crazy look. -manny- ummm, hmmmm. ok then. -thomas- i hate the girly "heeee" he does after every single line. -sonika- very good. boring performance though
i get a kick out of the waiting parents or other family/friends that get the YES and they celebrate. thats always fun...
-olivia- was sick but still sang well - emily- did good but not great -gianna- did good, sang her famous mom's song who they had to shut the stage mom up during the performance. -jenn- im on the fence with her. -tristen- did good -jordan, blah, was ok. at least he took down that man bun, looked better that way. -and sadly (and i know you guys like her) but La'porsha went through and i despised the song. just hated it.
