Sounds like this case will be thrown out of court. Faster than the FAKE BK.

For this much information to be available to the general public to discuss on social media means there is a severe leak with in the SEC, or it's just plain made up. Any and all evidence is now tainted.

I think the latter is more fitting though. After all, the SEC never openly discusses ongoing investigations.
