Sounds like this case will be thrown out of court.

How So??

Treaty and the gang of cons have tried and failed with motions to dismiss 4 times and a motion to strike, all 5 motions have been denied. If the case was going to be thrown out, it would have happened long ago... And unlike anything concerning Treaty's defense, I have links to prove I'm telling the truth.
