I agree with you wholeheartedly... It stinks.. and yet for all the times I warned about the awards being purchased, and the bought and paid for Gartner so called magic quadrant mentions I too was slammed... I truly believe there was an ongoing fraud being perpetrated. The question for the lawyers is.. can management hide behind their safe harbour statements ?
