You seemed to have forgotten one essential point. The only reason the suits exist in the first place is that IFUS was interfered with by the former board members that were attempting to steal the company while they were still board members.

It is illegal to steal assets and technology from shareholders when your suppose to be a trusted board member with a fiduciary responsibility
