Reread the post, please. I was pretty clear on the point. The term was not "would be," but rather "may be" delayed again. If so, this particular delay will not be the fault of either party. Those who are the least bit familiar with the Federal Courts know that criminal trials always have precedence over civil matters. It looks like there may be a conflict for the Judge as a criminal case appears likely ready to proceed to trial at the same time as the RICO case against IFUS.
