Because it was only distributed by the one channel. And likely they were paid to do so.

MVTG might not even be able to afford distribution through legit channels.

THEY HAVE ZERO Cash o Hand as per their own 10Q.

Or maybe they know that they are being watched and dont want to attract too much attention to these kinds of fluffy PR's.
