First off YOU ARE CORRECT

this conversation either demonstrates ones lack of complete understanding as to what is going to take place here,

or its just put out there for plain ole FUD..

One of two things is going to happen

One is the primary plan..sell the company. X dollars divided by the total OS. The company will cease to trade and what you have FOR STOCK is what you have .

Use a billion as an example for the selling price and 600 million as the total OS fully diluted. I divide that and it works out to 1.66 a share.

If you have 500,000 multiply that by 1.66

If he did an RS which he wont because there are zero reasons to do so but say it was 10 to one..

so now divide a billion by 60 million and its 16.66 a share its sold for

and your 500,000 shares is now 50,000 times 16.66 and it equals s the same number of $883.000

THERE WILL BE NO RS.

Bruce doesn't need to raise any more capitol

The second scenario is a large contract north of 100 million and I bet thats on the way

and all of that adds up to the final price tag for VALIDIAN PROTECT

The second scenario is a large contract north of 100 million and I bet thats on the way..and that equates to a buck a share IMO with a paltry multiple of 6. In this case of cyber security the multiple is probably mor e like 15/20

and all of that adds up to the final price tag for VALIDIAN PROTECT
