That's not a totally accurate comparison. Different circumstances here.
Look, maybe the money went back into the business (or is in the process of); maybe not. Regardless, I just wanted to point it out to those unaware. It's fair to question why insiders of a company anticipating a license which would increase their value (substantially, no less), would sell a large number of shares for short term gains when said license could be granted "any day now" or so we all like to believe.
Just saying.
