OK. The executives of that company are not the company, but you have misquoted the managements statement below...


"On another matter, we, nor our facility, have ever received any stock in BAYP, free trading or restricted, at any time. None of the 190 million shares issued last February were issued to us or anyone we know. We have no knowledge of who they were issued to. We have never benefited from any stock sales and did not go into any JV relationship based on BAYP shares."


It explicitly states ".....were issued to us or anyone we know...". This means not to themselves or any of their associates.

Any statements as to JFK or any of their associates ever owning shares in BAYP are now shown to be not true. Attempts to state in hundreds of posts in this room by anyone that they may have had others front for them or benefit off others holding shares in BAYP are now shown to be not true.
