As of today, we have received no funds from BAYP towards any JV project.

What ever happened to those "LeRoy Bucks"? Gee, it was never stated by either party, how much BAYP was suppose to contribute. Wonder why?

On another matter, we, nor our facility, have ever received any stock in BAYP, free trading or restricted, at any time.

As in the company JFK Terminal never received any BAYP shares. Technically Shameberg, and his clowns are not incorporated un to themselves. I really like the "nor our facility" part. Now there's some real truth! How would BAYP ever award shares to a rusty terminal or its pipes?

We have never benefited from any stock sales

Well, that's good. Because if you had, it would've been with restricted stock in violation of Rule 144.

We went into the JV for the basis of making money off potential revenues.

Potential revenues from dumping BAYP stock. After creating bogus PRs about the JV. So when does the P&D start?
