not sure what you were seeing.
i wasn't watching chart then, but looking back now,
at 11:55, this is what i see:

2min Awe dropping bearish, didn't start saucering until 12:02.
2min ADX kissing bearish, but not crossing.
2min VXX rising slightly, but still lower than recent high @ 11:34.

fwiw, to feel confident in a drop coming, i'd want to see:
2min Awe fully saucered
2min ADX crossing or already crossed bearish
2min VXX rising either steeply or above recent high of prior dip.
