Everything else except the 10K link...Huh?

I'm not sure what there is to misunderstand here. The S1 is an option vs the 10K. It's considered to be one step beyond what's required in a 10K. Producing and filing an S1 is much more time consuming and expensive in terms of the legal and accounting involved.

So Escue Energy was able to secure a $40 Million dollar asset but now cannot do a SEC 10K and S-1 at the same time? Who is wanting the Public to believe this? The Kimmons Family? The alleged new Team?

Perhaps the New Team should make Gary Kimmons give $700,000+ salary back to the company to pay for 10K. ;)
