If they did a development project and didn't sell any dots at all I'd say that's not very good business. The point of QMC is to supply, and sell dots. Development projects can stretch on for years sometimes and if you're just giving away product that's not smart. Just my opinion
While we, here, would all appreciate "sample" sales news (and it might spur a little SP movement), I don't think that it will equate to an ongoing sales agreement that is needed to bring about a massive surge of new investors.
Jamis...I would think , in practical-logical terms , that a supply of customized QD's would have been included as part-&-parcel of the JDA. 'Development' being the keyword in this context. In that vain , I would submit that QMC has-indeed 'sold' QDots , for profit.
