One outstanding question is whether or not ND paid for any qdots that were used in the film development effort. Did QMC cover that charge or did ND pay for some? If ND paid for some, it'd be the first actual qdot sales and we might see that revenue in the 10Q.

I'm not hopeful that is what happened, but it is one possible scenario since there were no deliverables for the JDA per the SEC filings. There was just the period of not working with competitors named by ND.
