"Just another" missing tpac SEC filing. tpac (bk.mckay) had 4 business days to file the 8K for this very material (alleged) event.

Where is it? Thanks...

This is just one of 17 (so far) "missing filings" that I have documented in my SEC report.

The missing Form D will be the one that gets tpac >> immediately suspended << in my very-studied-opinion.
