You have no proof that anything that you claim as "false information" is actually false. In fact, it's all contradicted by PR's from the company (e.g. The PR's clearly state that the EU and Korea contracts cover VitaStiks). Readers can decide whether to believe an anonymous poster or a company PR. Everything you claim is either false or speculation. Anyone who wants the truth can follow the posts...

BTW, the company has never claimed that 95 reps work directly for mCig, only that 95 sales reps are selling mCig products. This is a straw man argument. It makes no difference whether mCig contracts directly with a rep or with a sub-distributor that employs that rep. Either way, they're selling mCig products. This argument makes no sense.
