Maybe I'm wrong but if this were the case then I presume the officers are knowingly hiding material information from investors which would leave them open to legal action by anyone suffering losses. That action would cover all directors, some of which have only a little skin in the game. Why would they do that?
NO - it is not that hard to figure out. They expected to be done with DCVAX-L phase-3 by now but per Dr. Linda Liau's video all patients are living longer due to the placebo crossover for those that exhibit to progression required by the FDA so they are having trouble reaching then end point. They don't have a lot of money and with the stock price just above $2 a share additional financing will be a challenge so more than likely they are delaying Direct to be frugal until they get L approval. That is what I would do.
