Why wasn't the DTC CHILL removed 1st?

It's obvious that ESCU is taking steps in right direction. No one knows where the PPS will be after ESCU moves to a higher exchange, the chill is removed, and a contract is announced. Speculation at this point is a waste of time. It's time to sit back and enjoy the ride.

Why do a name change to ESCU with a EDWY DTC CHILL still attached?

Why didn't the ESCU Team have Gary Kimmons take care of his own Legal proceedings?
Why leave that for Escue shareholders.....like Throneberry Investments to deal with?

Is it possible that Throneberry Investments was duped into holding on, Fluffy Press Releases, maybe time buying emails back and forth to and from Gary?, averaging down, etc etc by Gary?

Throneberry Investnent LLC intial investment worth today this 2nd day of February 2016?
