We will see how it goes. I wish IFUS had released news/filings/website/facebook updates about litigation for ALL shareholders to be informed. I understand that the IFUS shareholders who do not "kiss the ring" can look up info on the litigation. At any rate, I have heard a federal case is more serious nature as it is so difficult to pay those judges off. That being said, this is a simple case and should have been taken care of at the state level in my opinion. Not saying that either party would pass an envelope of cash to the judge over a fried chicken dinner. It is just tough to guess how these things turn out..............
