they are easily to fall victim too, especially when the CEO is a pathological liar. schaefer is the king of telling people what they want to hear and putting out bogus press releases. i've never personally lost on any of his scams (thankfully), i am just sick and tired of how boldly criminals like him are ruining the OTC. one day, there may be no OTC, all because of scum like him
