I posted all about it in the post you are responding to. At set up of wifi someone had to do this .............

At some point and time when that laptop was set up with your wifi router who ever did initial setup made up a code name with your router.

Like my post went on to explain some routers after showing your id will show you all you need on their page to re-connect.
