Agree with you wholly on GE being jerks. I have lived though similar events where you do a good job and lose it because of some corporate bean counter. This shows GE to be very short sighted and cold blooded. Decisions like this could come back and bite them in the future. I had a substantial part of my retirement funds in GE and have sold out and moved most to UTX and HON.
