On 10 February 2016 - about 2 weeks from now, the NTGL shares held by NTEK come off restriction (12 months will have passed since issuance) and those shares can be delegended and sold into the market

That is of course if nanosux didn't get some crook lawyer to write opinion letters releasing the shares for sale months early.
nanosux doesn't have to report this either.
