Yes you are absolutely correct. A reverse split would actually be good if it was in order to uplist. These people try to spread fear of reverse splits because in the OTC reverse splits usually happen when a company has tons of convertible debt and they max out the authorized shares. The A/S is the increased or a reverse split occurs in order to sell more shares. There are a ton of these share selling scams in these parts but Hybrid is definitely not one of them.

This post should be stickied. Seriously, runners has been on this board for the past two weeks claiming HCTI - WE ARE THE FUTURE. The day he expected news to come out, and it didn't, he and his sentiment did a 180. All I'm saying is what a f**king joke of an investment style is that. He sounds like a high schooler at best (more like someone in middle school)
