Of course when floundering companies with nothing to offer except hopes do RS, it is usually a short sellers dream all the way down until big news, or "the end". Then there are promising growing companies with investor confidence that do a reverse in order to qualify to uplist. When those companies RS the SP usually soars with the attraction of a different level of investors that wouldn't look at an otc stock. But a good company would get the SP up with good news before hand for minimal ratio!! Imo

Once again im going to point out why there will not be a reverse split I ve posted this numerous times.. These microcaps NEVER EVER do a reverse split when most of the insiders no all of the insiders in this case own common shares.. There are no provisions in the common share structure that protects them and their holdings from being wiped out in an RS.. First they would have to file a form 14 or whatever it is with the SEC issue themselves preferred shares with huge conversion rights. Thats how the reverse scam is done.. So once and for all there will be no reverse split at any time in the near future..
