You can bet once the fed case and state case are
done the counter suit will be resubmitted.

Then again maybe not.

The reason I say maybe not is because Steve
will be tap city by then, possibly in JAIL.

The fed case will be dismissed.

The state case will hurt Steve tremendously.

He has NO CHOICE. He has to try and settle.

Either settle or it is.

Really now. When Judges rule on counterclaims, normally they will leave some part of the counterclaim intact, even if they throw some of it out.

But not this time. Not this counterclaim by this defendant. She DISMISSED it all. Every single claim is kaput! Just as I said many, many months ago that it would be.

MW does not have one ounce of evidence and not one single, solitary witness. For good reason, I might add, because nobody stole anything from him. Nor did he have anything worth stealing.

Get ready for Life after IFUS.
