Believe you me!..........I had a lot more to say. Biting my upper lip here:

I've seen this same scenario play out several times going back so 2010/2011 when I started to research these dirty penny stocks.

..... now there's some experience! With all fairness to the individual that responded to me....!you do not prove anyone right or wrong by simply asking someone else their opinion. You simply go out and research the information via filings ..etc. It costs money to file a S-1. Maybe that other individual should have researched the costs of the audit and timeline associated with such.

One of the words I hate hearing the most is "toxic".........those lenders can not touch their money for a minimal of 6 months(yearly for alt). Most importantly to them is that all filings(financial) must be up to date. It's time to stop using all these stupid ass words associated with myths.
