yes cheynew, very peculiar. I'm just waiting to see how the new top 10 II's work out to be. BlackRock increasing shares makes it a bit more difficult for someone else to jump into the top 10 and if we do have a few added II's...

how the heck does it happen when the price has been decreasing? hmmm.... the tricks of Wall Street I guess
