if AVID alone is worth more than current PPS, AVID+PPHM HAS TO BE WORTH MORE!
AND, just because many are trying to buy millions of shares as cheap as possible, doesn't mean PPHM is only worth the current PPS.
Blackrock, Dart, Vanguard, and others have disclosed they have bought and continue to buy at these prices. Who doesn't think groups of their size don't have the ability to "Hold PPS Hostage?" Or are we being led to believe the PPS is coincidentally low because someone is graciously selling their shares to Blackrock, Dart, etc. at a fixed price range???
Seems to me someone is willing to show they believe PPHM is worth more!
As long as the majority of buyers are trying to buy for less, the PPS can't go up.
Only when the majority of buyers are willing to buy for more does the demand increase and with it the PPS goes up.
