I think people are reading too much into the PRs. If you look they never said they'll let us know if it's finalized or not. a lot of f500 chemical companies have been going through restructuring (Bayer, Dupont, Dow etc). I don't think they're blowing smoke, I just think they're running into road bumps / blocks. have faith my friend

I cant give you a good reason. Chances are they don't want penny stock shareholders calling the TA everyday asking if the O/S count has increased. Maybe that's not a good reason, who knows.

I'd ask you to take a step back, put all emotion aside, and really look at the fundamentals here. What is real? I'll point you at the EPA, the patents, and Industrial Finishes. These 3 things are solid and verifiable. The rest is up to whether you believe the company or not. I for one do, along with many other faithful long term holders here.

The question is, what do you give more weight to? The verifiable evidence we have a real success(EPA/patents) and revenue generation(industrial finishes) OR the fact that the TA is gagged and the deal is taking longer than you expected?

For me this question is easy to answer. The current success holds a lot more weight than expected deadlines passing.

I cant tell you what to do with your position.

by the way, there is still one more day this week.

If you sell you will most likely regret it. I would hold out for at least a few more weeks if I were you.

Not to be rude but, if you need reassurance of your investment through a message board full of strangers maybe you're in the wrong game.
