You are on the money when it comes to the TA. Anyone who was here or followed this for longer then a year and a half will know that the TA was not gagged back then.
When the notes were all issued and it became apparent they would begin to convert thats when they gagged the TA. The reason was for just what you said. They began to get call after call as the dilution piled up..the PPS went down and the volume went up and up.
Once all of this has become completed, the contracts are signed and the stock has settled into a normal pattern I am confident they will un-gag the TA. But for now if they did not... there would be 10 calls a day to the TA's office. Hell time-to-want-an-rs-pr would call them that much. LOL
