1. CEO Niami is so out of touch with Ovadia's previous announcements that he listed South Africa as their FIRST contract in Africa. In this scenario WERPO management are incapable of running a Company.
2. If South Africa is truly their FIRST Contract in Africa, then ALL previous Contracts were CANCELLED and their is no 2 Billion Backlog as Claimed by WERPO /Ovadia
3. The company publishes FALSE and MISLEADING PR's. There is a history of this with the former entity SDE / Ovadia

In this scenario Ovadia announces Funding for 2 - 3 years for all presently ongoing, pending and Future Contracts. They must have screwed up something badly to blow this Dream deal with the Bank of Isreal or the deal never existed . and now we hear Ovadia is going tocommence a new campaign to raise funds so the company can " Start " all the power stations that were ordered.
