In this scenario Ovadia announces Funding for 2 - 3 years for all presently ongoing, pending and Future Contracts. They must have screwed up something badly to blow this Dream deal with the Bank of Isreal or the deal never existed . and now we hear Ovadia is going to commence a new campaign to raise funds so the company can " Start " all the power stations that were ordered.
