No there aren't. Do you know what the difference is between a Board of Directors and an "Advisory Board"? One represents the interest of the shareholders while the other represents whatever the hell the CEO wants and right now Schadel wants to sell shares.
Don't believe me? Go ahead and post any kind of SEC recognition of a "Board of Advisors" beyond the function of essentially a club.
All the executive experience left the company over a year ago when it became obvious that Ryan is a liability.
