Did you see one? Was an "original agreement" signed? You mean Marc made all those trips to China and still didn't know what was going on? Who wrote the press release about the sale, then?

By the way, I don't see anything in the proxy statement for you to vote on other than the directors - and some useless "advisory" votes about salaries which management can ignore if they want.

Marc is getting paid well for a company that is tanked and selling off its assets. How and when are the long term shareholders going to get a taste of any value... Marc is doing well. Shareholders not so much.
