Need to start with which court room we're discussing. The federal case, the counter wasn't admitted. This has no affect on the state case, where the counter is clearly active.
The federal case dates are fixed. Feb 8th and 22nd. The SA cabal is getting nervous. They don't have a prayer in either case. Once the court dismisses the plaintiff's federal case, it goes back to state in March.
By the way, have a look at the deposition transcripts as to "why" SA took it to the federal level. It's a great laugh and documented in the same file. |The judge asked the same question and SA gave the same answer... Then have a look at the judge's comments to that...lol...cracks me up. Toooooo funnnnny.
