There has been little to no dilution here, of any materiality, for a very long time. The BID/ASK currently being displayed, merely represents the last offering(s) of any MM's, whose positions were not closed-out as of Friday afternoon.

WLAN needs buyers before they can dilute, by the looks of past volume avg., not to many buyers want to buy, jmo anyways, maybe there will be a pump soon?
