Otcmarkets shows corporate action for Jan 25 on the company info page. Says Dividends at 0.00 but probably for reverse split.

Lol!!!!! Yea, or a company may also issue a reverse split because the OS is probably near maxed and they have no more shares to dump to raise money. So,its so either raise the AS...or reverse split. Both are bad! Always always bad! Don't try to spin this as a good thing lol!!!
