I think you have nailed it as to be very soon but it will be paid to us by the use of Bonds that can be sold on the secondary market immediately or that will go out to 2018.

Sure they will, they don't seem to be in an hurry or like us they can't do anything to make it go quicker...it's not closer than anyone thinks it'll drag out for years yet ultimate resulting in getting the shaft in the end again one way or another
