Well Marc got paid... of course.... and someone else has enough stock to control the company... at least that is what I got out of that.

I still don't have a clue what is the business model and what direction the company is going other than to lose or transfer more assets.

and of course there is mention of some "toxic" debt.

I still don'e quite see how any of this transfers value to the common shareholder.

Maybe someone with a plan is going to run this company.
