Review Boards...

Plastic surgeons become the subject of review boards like the one this new Amarin appointment is on. Without a doubt people are more likely to go on the board if they think you have wronged them than if they are very happy with their results..Cosmetic surgery is like playing golf. You can be a great golfer, but you are still going to hit some wayward shots. So if you check the reviews on cosmetic surgeons almost all have some very negative comments..On the whole, if the positive reviews outnumber the negative ones, you probably have found a good surgeon.

In the case of this new employee..these are not customers, these are co workers..If you are the boss of a business, your hirees are still co workers. Without question, from the NFL down, if your co workers love you they will do everything they can to help you and your business, if they don't then they will put in minimal effort and hope you go down, and quit if there is any opportunity ..I find the fact there is over 10 pages of very negative reviews of this guy, troubling. I would say a good manager should get one negative review every ten years and there should be tens of reviews rebutting the complainer..Understandably people do not sign their names to these complaints..I doubt any of you would...

Hey Doc, stick to tummy tucks, nose jobs and face lifts. Wars were not won by touchy feelies. You really believe Granowitz was brought in for one reason and one reason only (Affairs? Yes, even Nuke Plants have Regulatory Affairs Departments, guess what? They control the Operating License and interface with the Regulators. Don't think for one minute that Granowitz won't be calling the shots. Thank god for bullies. If we never had them then we'd never grow some cahones.
