While much has been said regarding the low float and the overall share structure, I never went along with it. My interest is in how the company governs itself and treats the shareholder.

There were some on this board going back months ago declaring the low share structure is everything! Sure---no product being made, sold or bought for resale---in other words, the company has yet to sprout commercial wings---and folks are getting off on the number of shares! Ludicrous, really.

This pick is all about perceived value, not the share count. Whether we have to split income over 110 million shares or four billion, if the company makes plenty of money, it won't matter.

Floats become important only when we trade. Just how tradable is this at present?
