I literally just echoed these thoughts the other day. Someone said Titan doesnt have money to fight intuitive and I replied, maybe not but Columbia does.

If my company got fda approval for any product, we would launch it immediately. To me, it is beyond evident that something is holding up them launching this.

I am thinking that could be a strong possibility. Imagine if Titan holds the upper hand against ISRG?

Gary Guthart gives an update on Da Vinci SP in January 14, 2016 Bloomberg interview. About 2:27 mark. Sounds like they still have regulatory hoops to jump through; last year's ISRG FDA press release on SP projected mid-2015 commercialization. Definitely a delay, and definitely engineered be an add-on accessory to the Da Vinci Xi system.
