I agree short term some covering will come out. The problem is capacity verses consumption. According to Merrill the demand has not dissipated at all but as we all know supply is growing. The only major storage facility in the U.S. is the strategic reserve. and it is at 98% capacity with most refineries reporting over 90% capacity. Something must give here short or medium term.
