Yes, a couple here have been screaming that low oil is the best economic stimulus this country has seen in a long long time. Fed artifice are just what the root implies " artificial " , low oil benefits everybody , John and Jane consumer , more money to spend equals an overall increased demand, as consumers will use their extra money, so the thinking goes.
